The whole staff is very friendly and attentive making us feel extremely comfortable and at home. Thank you so much!!! Our special thanks to Boboy and the diving team. They are all very professional as well as caring. The dives were great. Also thanks to Federico for making sure that everything works so perfectly. Our congratulations to the chef and his team on the delicious food we had. He makes such great combination of flavors! And last but not the least, a fond cuddle to Tiger ( ming-ming) and the company Asset", the two cats that made it a little easier to say goodbye to such nice people and such beautiful place, so we'll say: See you next time! First impressions weren't great, as the approach to the resort is through land strewn with lots of garbage and burnt out bonfires. The facilities were reasonable but didn't quite cut it for the USD 220 a night price tag. In particular our room had a strong musty smell and on closer inspection the pillows had mold growing on them. The hot water worked intermittently and the toilet blocked regularly. The fit out was more shabby chic than 5 star luxury as touted on the website. On the whole, the staff were friendly and made us very welcome. They were also apologetic after every incident in a long catalogue of room problems! |

The food was good and the Ananyana Staff was outstanding. The scuba diving in Balicasag Island was great. As for the Dolphin watching, your crew did not give up in looking for the elusive dolphins, they were persistent in the hunt. Eventually, we found the elusive creatures.
