A: We have room rates and charge extra for breakfast per person.

A: One or two guests.

A: Yes, children up to six years can stay with you. For older children, we recommend the family room.

A: Yes, free of charge.

A: No.
Q: I want to book the room for one person, but the booking system shows availability only for two people. What shall I do?
A: Please book as for two people, as the rate is room-based.

A: Please book as for two people, as the rate for the family room also is room-based. Just let us know in the “Special Requests” field how many people you will be.
Q: Can I place a tentative reservation?
A: Unfortunately not, as we have only a limited number of rooms and the booking system works in real time. Please decide first whether you want to stay at The Ananyana, then book the accommodation.
Q: Is the money refunded if I cancel my booking?
A: Unfortunately not, as we have only a limited number of rooms available.
Q: How do I pay for my booking?
A: Upon online booking, we contact you and send you the invoice with bank transfer information. Should our account not be credited with your payment within two weeks, your booking is considered invalid.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Unfortunately, booking with credit cards is not possible at the moment.
Q: Can I pay my extras at the resort with my credit card?
A: Yes, we accept Visa/Mastercard without charging fees.
Q: Can you arrange a domestic transfer?
A: Yes. Please indicate your arrival time, flight number and landing airport in the "Special Requests" field, as well the first and last names of all people traveling with you.
Q: How will I recognize your representative at the airport?
A: Our staff member will be holding a sign that bears your name.
Q: Do you give any group discounts or have local residents rates?
A: We follow a strict price integrity policy and do not offer discounts under any circumstances.
Q: Do you have special packages?
A: No.
Q: Can we have our wedding at your resort?
A: We do not have facilities for weddings, but would love to welcome you for your honeymoon.
Q: Are children welcome at your resort?
A: Yes, The Ananyana is child-friendly.
Q: Do you have a compulsory dinner buffet at your resort?
A: Yes, but only for Christmas and New Year (US$ 36 per person).
Q: Is vegetarian food available?
A: Yes, we will gladly serve you vegetarian food.
Q: Is your food freshly prepared? Do you use MSG?
A: We only prepare fresh meals and do not use any MSG. Most ingredients are from an associated organic farm on Bohol Island.
